The General Plan Update is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to help shape the future of Los Altos and community participation is essential for the success of the Plan. There will be many opportunities to have your say throughout the process. Activities will include neighborhood outreach at events and popular locations around town; interactive online activities and surveys; community meetings; and other ways to share input that will help shape the Plan. Spring 2026
Opportunities to share input are underway this spring. Activities are focused on learning the community’s vision for Los Altos, including what residents value most, what should be preserved, and what new ideas should be considered. Community feedback will help shape the next phase of the General Plan Update.
