The General Plan Technical Background Report (TBR) provides context on relevant planning issues and priorities to frame the opportunities and challenges to be addressed through the General Plan Update. Drawing on publicly available data sources, it is organized into eight chapters that document trends and conditions in Los Altos, each including maps, narrative text, and tables.
